  • YOGA

    JNA Dance & Fitness Center now offers the relaxing, ancient art of Yoga. Learn the basic poses along with the physical, mental and spiritual disciplines that aim at relaxing and transforming the body and mind. 

    Yoga for Strength is held every Thursday, 7-8 PM. 

    Yoga for Flexibility is held every Monday, 6- 7 PM.

  • POLE DANCE

    This exciting and sexy art form, which combines dance and acrobatics, is coming soon to JNA Dance and Fitness Center!
